Scope and Contents
In 2016, Black Cultural Archives held the first community co-curated exhibition in its heritage centre. The exhibition was called Rastafari in Motion and it ran from June to September 2016. The exhibition looked at the history of the Rastafari movement and its emergence in Britain.
The collection preserves the material that was donated to the archive as part of the active collecting strategy that accompanied the exhibition. It also includes a full set of mini panels from the exhbition.
